By accessing or using Diligentify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Diligentify is a desktop application that provides AI-powered real-time coaching for technical and behavioral interviews. The Service includes screenshot analysis, voice input processing, code review assistance, and algorithm help through artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users automatically receive 100 free tokens upon registration. These trial tokens are one-time only and do not reset. Once exhausted, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Diligentify offers Junior, Senior, and Executive subscription tiers. Each plan has different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

4.3 Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for paid plans, but only if the service was not used (no tokens consumed). Contact our support team for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Diligentify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Diligentify SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
